Katrena wants to help her readers to be able to travel to new worlds and light up at new ideas as stories come to life in their minds as they did for her when she was a child. When she was young, she endured several difficult situations when her mother became seriously ill and later when her best friend died in a car accident. It was during these tough times that Katrena fell deep into reading and began writing her own stories. One of Katrena's favorite authors has always been Terry Goodkind. He is her role model and hero.
