She is a walking contradiction. When she isn't writing, she is enjoying precious time with her young child, cycling, swimming and playing her ukulele. Kayla is addicted to chocolate in all shapes and forms and loves the kind of Italian hot chocolate you can stand your tea spoon upright in. Tea served with scones, jam and cream is one of her favourites and especially if it is served on old mismatched china. During the summer months, you will find Kayla chilling out with her little family camping. They can be found lying on a picnic blanket at night stargazing, imagining parallel worlds.
