Nor Aiza Mohd Zamil (PhD) is a senior lecturer of Accounting at International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Upon completion of her first degree (Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.)) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), she started his career as a finance executive at Multimedia Development Corporation. Then she continued to pursue her study in MSc in Accounting at IIUM. She has received her PhD from Cardiff Business School, United Kingdom. Her main research interest includes Islamic banking and finance, Islamic Accounting, banking efficiency and Shari’ah Governance in Islamic financial institutions.
Ong Choon Hee (PhD) is a senior lecturer at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He received his Doctorate in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia. His areas of research interest are organizational behavior, talent management and technology management.
