Her dad (Papa) shared his love of books and reading. He read to her and her brother, Greg, as they grew up in the town of Marion, Ohio. Their dad taught them that reading was an adventure where they could travel to far away places, that reading developed their imaginations, that reading was a way to learn, and that reading could help them escape the doldrums of the day. Her dad also shared his love of sports, and the life lessons that come from being part of a team. Cathy is an avid Buckeye fan and Detroit Tigers fan.weniger sehen
