She taught school for twenty years, but claims her greatest education is in the ‘University without Walls’ the college of daily life, where the homework of ‘experience’ never ceases. The Martindale’s appeared on the national talk show ‘Hour Magazine’ in 1986 with celebrity Gary Collins, speaking on the subject of marriage and depression, and have lectured in California and Utah on Mood Management Training, having taught adult education on the same topic.
