He attended a teacher training college and graduated with a certificate in teaching and later a bachelor of education degree from studying under two universities in Papua New Guinea.
Firstly at the University of Papua New Guinea on correspondence and had it completed at the University of Goroka with a bachelor in education major in Education Planning and Administration.
Mr Tambala worked as teacher in primary school, and as social science teacher in high school and teacher training colleges in Papua New Guinea.
With the observation of the changes with respect to western culture exposition and population growth the demand to security of land space has being a leading cause to many dead and society issue in Papua New Guinea.
Having grown up in traditional society and being taught the knowledge orally of land ownership, It was the sole intention to pass on to the next generation the knowledge and skills of the ancestors to settle land issues based on traditional principles of MORAL CONDUCT in written form.
