Since leaving the magnificent island of Newfoundland and landing in the busy city of Cambridge (nee Galt) Ontario, she has become a bride, a mother and a friend to many.
Cora is a high school graduate and a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW), 28 of her 35 years as a PSW she worked at Saint Luke’s Nursing Home. Through the rougher times, Cora worked many part-time jobs. Cora volunteered as a Brownie Leader in The Girl Guide Movement for 13 years.
Cora writes poems and short stories in her spare time. She loves to read to her four grandchildren. These writings are just one of the ways she teaches her grandchildren about life and how to get along with others. Cora believes as in life, sometimes people need a change. Therefore, with encouragement and love from her family she is taking her poems and short stories and starting on a new journey.
A gentle person who loves to share.weniger sehen
