He has an extended academic and practical experience in psychology, behavior modification, and instructional practice. His experience in public education and in all academic levels makes him a well rounded and continually learning professional, scientist, and researcher. He has studied and worked in Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, and the United States. This is his second English-language book after Parental Perceptions of Mental Retardation as a Disability, 2004. As a scientist and a whole-life educator, Dr. Cuadros has a passion to write about the psychology of perception; the interwoven relationships among parents, children, and society; and the behavioral effects and human responses to worldly good and evil actions and their interpretations.
