out to those who are shy themselves but do not have
someone to turn to for advice. Glenn has collected
many keys along the way and he has written this book
with the hopes of helping shy guys fi nd the right keys
to open doors that best fi ts their personalities.
As a personal trainer, he has vast experience in
successfully motivating and inspiring people towards
their desired goals. In this book he is not a personal
trainer. Instead, he is a big brother who can help shy
