Prior to this he was Head of Departments of Surgery in Southampton (1981-1993) and University College London (1993-2008). He was Vice Dean for Professional Affairs at UCL between 2008-2015, an elected member of Council of the Royal College of Surgeons of England for ten years and a Case Examiner on the UK General Medical Council for eleven years. He has written or edited 35 textbooks in surgery but “From Moses to Moses” is his first attempt at an historical novel. He is married to Berry and they have three daughters and seven grandchildren.weniger sehen
