Following a twenty-five year career as a registered nurse, she re-turned to college to earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology summa cum laude from Kean College of New Jer-sey in 1997 and a master’s degree in behavioral science with a focus on human behavior and organizational psychology in 1999 from Kean University.
