Under Greenaway's stewardship, Region Authority Corporation, a member of the African American Chamber of Commerce, has emerged as a frontline 5G telco that acquired a reputation for community engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020. The devastating 2020 Covid-19 pandemic and its disproportionate impact on poor and marginalized communities in the US, including African Americans, prompted Greenaway to donate over 20,000 personal protective equipment (PPE) kits through Region Authority Corporation. These were distributed to front line healthcare workers and local social-service organizations such as the Salvation Army, the Good News Community Kitchen, the Kappa Foundation, the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, the Isabella Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, the King of Kings Foundation, the Prince William County Community Foundation, the Harlem Children's Zone, the Children's Hospital, Philadelphia, and the Shriners Hospitals for Children. In an interview to Mobile World Live, a leading B2B news website (Alexa ranking 15,7304 on 16 November 2020) of the global mobile industry, Greenaway said, The people at these organisations are the front line of defense and a light of hope.
