In 2019, Holloway and his wife of 36 years, Lolita, founded Abundant Life Refuge, a ministry created to teach believers how to establish a daily prayer life with the Holy Spirit. Their goal is for the Father to lead and guide people into truth, and to demonstrate the love of Christ to all.
