He recalls having a wide imagination as a child. In grade school he wrote one-page stories and sold them to his friends for a nickel a piece. He loved to write about anything and everything. From pirates, to haunted houses. When others were playing games on the playground, he could be found sitting or lying on a bench staring up at the clouds thinking of his next story. In college, his imagination turned to writing poetry for the Hallmark Greeting Card Company. Though he enjoyed writing poetry, his first love of writing stories still stirred in him. In his twenties, while managing an after school daycare center, Jules and Oliver came to life in his imagination about two young boys seeking out adventures in old England. Each day in the center, the children would sit around and listen to his story. It was only a few years ago that Francis Kim finally put everything together to be published. He hopes to one day visit England and maybe one day living there as a writer. He’s collected maps, photos, books, and DVD’s all about England. In the past several years he has grown a passion for the UK though he’s not crazy about the cold weather, he still looks forward to the day when he can go.In the meantime he has other hobbies that keep him busy. From metal detecting, photography, playing his guitar, and the unusual studies of Sasquatch, the Loch Ness Monster, and UFO’s. He’s always found it quite interesting and enjoyable to read articles, listen to lectures, and do his own studies on these matters.weniger sehen
