He graduated from Old Dominion University with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and since has obtained two decades of experience in the classroom as a mathematics teacher and administrator. Aaron received the Crystal Star Award from the National Dropout Prevention Center and has been frequently referenced in catcat.com and Teachthought.com.
