These range from travel abroad, military service, marriage and the birth of my two beautiful children. Our experiences help shape our beliefs and direction we take in life. It wasn't until I began to journal and document both these experiences and the subsequent beliefs that I began to see a pattern within my behaviour as a man. When talking to other men, and dads in particular, I found many of these beliefs or behaviours to be common among men. This is what drove me to write my book "The Man Brief". This self reflection has helped me to grow as a masculine entity and as a father. I hope it can help others to reflect and grow.weniger sehen
