on since he was 10 years old. His fi rst experience with verse came from learning about
different musical cultures while living with his father and step-mother in London. He
realized he not only loved the idea of music, but had an affi nity for lyric poetry.
Inspired by the poets Shakespeare, Poe, and Afrika, James writes mainly about human
events and the struggles of miscommunications in the daily lives in any community.
No stranger to the pain of emotional isolation, James discovered early on that he had a
penchant for lyric poetry, and attributes much of his inspiration to R.A.P. music.
At age 18, James returned to Scotland, setting off on his own journey. He is currently
living in Kinross, Perthshire, and continues to write his gutsy style of lyric poetry.weniger sehen
