The club encouraged students to put their best ideas down on paper … with a pencil!
Fifty Kindergarten through sixth grade students from Mather Heights Elementary School joined the Power of the Pencil, yearning to become authors. These writers quickly learned that a simple idea could transform into a vision or an emotion, and ultimately, a story.
