It tells about his experiences aboard a Navy destroyer in WW-2 and his life after returning home from the war . In 1947 he was a young man with no job ,no trade ,and no money. So he took up learning to fly air craft ; he loved the water and also took up racing Hydaplones, seeking a place in life he became a commercial fisherman left that to go sailing on a 600 ft Ore boat on the great Lakes ,that job took him away from his future wife so he quit that and became a commercial diver , this led him to a job as Harbormaster for the City of Lorain, Ohio. Retiring from that job he became a professional fishing guide. You will find this story not only interesting but also a epilogue on life .
