developed his passion for helping others identify their goals and create
meaningful activities to achieve them. As his success continued, Rael
developed a process to ensure consistent results for himself and
his clients.
He is the creator of On Course, a goal setting and planning model
that helps his clients shape their futures and reach their potential.
Rael is the president and CEO of Strategic Pathways Inc., a full
service leadership consulting company which he founded in 1995.
