Jeanne is a personal development coach and management consultant with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, people development, and team building. She holds degrees in education and adult counseling and certifications in Adventure Training and Forensic Psychology.
Jeanne has been working since she was 15 years old. From waitressing to retail sales to office assistant to per diem and long term substitute teaching to developing her own counseling office to leading organizational development initiatives in corporate settings. Since establishing J. Taylor Consulting in 1997 Jeanne has designed and delivered people focused developmental strategies in multiple organizations nationally and internationally. Today Jeanne concentrates on coaching managers and executives as they work to develop themselves professionally and personally. Jeanne schedules her work life to fit into a schedule of exercising, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and of course writing.
