His sense is that many people crave a better journey than the one they are on. They are lost and alone, even though they’re surrounded by other people. He set up EXOscalr to be of more service to people who can literally change the world and he guides them to perform at the highest levels.
Rand’s near-death experience altered his perception of time completely. He no longer feels the same sense of urgency to be busy and tracking against a linear, progressive timeline. His overarching goal is to bring about a greater self-awareness and a stronger sense of compassion. He believes that being more compassionate with others and ourselves creates deeper connections and stronger leaders; it also acts as a forcing function for solving many of the big issues in our world.
Rand’s mission is to be fuel for the soul; to give people an audacious wake-up call and assist them to find and reclaim the innate powers they possess; he acts as their compass, challenging them to find their direction and go beyond their limitations; within themselves Rand assists people to find compassion, joy, personal power, timeless wisdom and unconditional love; he strips away everything that no longer serves them and gives them the tools and inspiration to rebuild their faith in themselves, while showing them how to live a bigger, more true life.weniger sehen
