Walker has a deep passion for and commitment to understanding the human potential.
Walker has over twenty-five years of experience as an Educator, Psychotherapist and Organization Development Specialist in the areas of; character development, violence & gang prevention, conflict resolution, truancy parenting, change management, executive coaching, leadership and staff development, teambuilding, mediation, and organization (culture) diagnosis/intervention. He has developed systems for helping schools, organizations and groups discover common goals and work more effectively together. Walker developed the 4AspectsTM Skill for Success program to support at-risk students in taking ownership of their education; keeping them in school and out of gangs.
He’s also developed workshops and special events in: 4AspectsTM Journal Program; Servant Leadership; Anger Management, Violence Preventions, Conflict Resolution, Diversity Training, Martyrhood, Boundaries, Community Elder, State of Ease, and Internship Programs. He has successfully supported hundreds of individuals within our schools and organizations. Walker has publisher papers/blogs on: Trickledown Behavior, Servant Leadership, Culture of Fear, Boundaries, Healthy Self-esteem, Disidentify, Self-image, Authentic Empowerment, Transition, Burnout, and Martyrhood.
Walker is also the author of the 4Aspects Journal Workbooks (Personal, Leadership & Organizational), 4Aspects Skills for Success Workbook I – Empowering Students to take Ownership of Their Education and Their Lives(published in 2007), 4Aspects Skills for Success Workbook II – Beyond Division; Transforming Differences into Personal Empowerment (published in 2010), 4Aspects Servant Leadership Workbook – Unlocking the Passion to Serve (published in 2013), 4Aspects Skills For Success Character Development – Taking Ownership of Your Life (published in 2014), and State of Ease, (published in 2013).
Walker’s work spans for profit and nonprofit clients, working with multi-international Fortune 150 corporations as well as start-up companies. He served as transitional CEO with BioEnergetics, LLC, Boulder, CO. and director of Core Action Network. Prior to that he served with Point Easy, a San Francisco based organization development consultant firm serving California’s Silicon Valley. Presently Walker is the President of 4AspectsTM, LLC and is working in the area of truancy reduction & gang prevention within Denver and Aurora Public schools.
