Ryan is a Fine Arts graduate of Ryerson University where he studied New Media as part of the 4 year Image Arts program. He has attended several artist residencies in Iceland where he examined the b...mehr sehenRyan is a Fine Arts graduate of Ryerson University where he studied New Media as part of the 4 year Image Arts program. He has attended several artist residencies in Iceland where he examined the behaviour of light and created photographic and written works about the northern lights. His work has been shown in Iceland, Scotland, Canada and China. His photographs have received notable mentions from National Geographic and The Toronto Star. In 2014 he was awarded Artist of Distinction by the Queen West Artscape in Toronto.
Ryan is a visual storyteller who uses images and writing in an effort to make us think about our place in the world. The main focus of his work is to explore the relationships that we share with our environments. Always curious about our mysterious world he strives to explore and make new discoveries through his creations. He currently resides in eastern Canada.weniger sehen
