Why? Simply because good, well written, unabashed erotic literature is hard to find. Much of the explicit writings of today that involve BDSM are too grim. Too unyielding. Very little is written with wit and panache. I believe that the avid reader prefers an exciting, stimulating novel that will take them out of their comfort zone yet not in a way that would leave them upset or overly uncomfortable. Writing about curious teenagers with a penchant for sadomasochism and bondage presents the challenge of keeping it readable as they go about the business of abusing one another. By that I do NOT mean I strive to keep it light. The pain/pleasure the players force on each other is actually emphasized and deeply explored. Yet it is done in a way that is designed to entertain, stimulate and amuse. Taking the above into consideration, I believe that I have achieved an excellent balance in my writings. The reader has every opportunity to live vicariously in the shoes of the players, experiencing life from the viewpoint of both the sadist as well as the masochist. Wit and subtle humor are the offsetting elements to these stories that make them so very entertaining. The reader can easily sit back in their favorite chair and anticipate hours of a signature pleasure not easily found elsewhere.
