My name is Maria paourou.
I am 37 years of age,i live in a semi detached house in North London with my parents. I have 3 sisters.

I am 37 years of age,i live in a semi detached house in North London with my parents. I have 3 sisters.
I have a walking disability which has never stopped me from attempting to hopefully better myself and achieve my goals and dreams.
My hobbies include drawing and designing my own cartoon characters.
Having some time on my hands ,i decided that my childhood dream of writing a book will become a reality.
So i sat down and put pencil to paper,and all the ideas that i had been thinking of would then become sketches of the characters i have invisioned and the story just followed suit.
My characters would be good for the pre-school children , hopefully my storys and characters would be a childhood memory of one of there favourite books in the future to come.
This is my first attempt of writing a childrens book.
And so i am pleased with my achievement that i have come this far as i am a shy person so this is a big step fo me.
I have always liked colourful bright pictures.And so i believe that bright ,fun & exciting pictures can make a child feel happier.
I have been around children most of my life and so know what things they like to look for in a book as i have the experience of 5 nephews and 2 nieces.
