With an ever increasing number of foreign visitors, Macedonia was lacking the presentation it deserves. Walking Macedonia now offers two beautifully designed city walks for tourists who wish to explore cities by foot: Skopje City Walk and Ohrid City Walk.
Skopje City Walk offers two walks, one through the old town and the other one through the modern part of the city center. The walks are independent of each other and the order in which you do them is up to you. The walks take about 1.5 hours each, without museum visits and terraces.
Ohrid City Walk invites you to discover the old city of Ohrid. You will pass by the most important and beautiful places of the town, including breathtaking views and historical sights along the route. The walk takes about three hours, excluding church visits and terraces.
