Since moving to Arizona at age 16, she took a long break from it as she seemed to have hit a very long period of writer's block. She began writing again in 2008, due to finding NaNoWriMo which is an amazing contest/challenge for anyone needing that extra motivation. Since then, she has completed her first novel and has started work on the sequel.She is an avid reader with a deep love of fantasy and horror. Growing up, horror novels were her main selection from the library shelves. She was inspired to write from an early age from reading novels by Stephen King. It wasn't until later in her life that she formed a love of fantasy and has continued down that path. Reading authors such as Jacqueline Carey and George R.R. Martin lead her to expand her views on what to seek out when it came to finding new books.weniger sehen
