He also wrote, and helped produce scores of children’s television programs for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, including Reach for The Top. He has written plays about Hemingway, Gertrude Stein and Pablo Picasso, as well as a law text and nine novels. He lectured in France, Italy and the United States on ‘Paris in The Twenties’.
