Isabel compiled many story collections for children, and her books include The Seven-Year-Old Wonder Book, The Eight-Year-Old Legend Book, Norse Hero Tales, Hay for My Ox and Other Stories, Legends of the Norse Kings, Legends of King Arthur and Magical Wonder Tales.
