A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Kathy received a Business Administration degree, and later received a Masters of Manufacturing Management Degree from General Motors Institute (GMI), now called Kettering University. Kathy worked for many years in various manufacturing management and engineering positions with General Motors, Delphi Corporation, Plymouth Tube Company, and Rockwell Automation.
