When her oldest daughter was small, she asked Brandi to tell her made-up stories at bedtime. This is where Princess Abigail and the Rose began. It was meant to teach her Abigail a lesson in obedience and became an allegory of the fall of man and Christ’s redemptive love and sacrifice. Brandi has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and a lifetime teaching certificate for elementary and early-childhood education. She has taught in the public school setting for several years and now homeschools her three daughters. She is also the director of children’s ministries at Vansickle Baptist Church in Greenville, Texas, where she lives with her husband and daughters.weniger sehen
