She is a graduate of the Culinary Arts program at Drexel University, where she assisted in the founding of the Food Lab. She filed her first patent for a gluten free baking technology and has published more than 100 recipes. Alexandra has been recognized by Foodservice Director Magazine, has received the Edible Philly’s Local Hero Award, and was named one of Billy Penn’s Young Chefs to Watch in 2017.
