She has been teaching, and learning, from children from grades K through 8th for the past 12 years and has been fascinated with their interests and creativity. Hence, the children’s inquisitiveness has inspired stories based on friendship written in a poetic prose filled with figurative language with a Spanish flair. Carolyna was born in New York City in 1964, and completed her early education between New York and Puerto Rico. She graduated from Saint Peter’s Jesuit College in New Jersey with a degree in Early Education and Spanish Language and Literature. She is currently a member of Writing Tips ~ The Write Way Weekly Newsletter and SCWBI ~ Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. She presently lives and works in New Jersey.weniger sehen
