He wa...mehr sehenCharles Robert Eustace Radclyffe (1873-1953) was a retired English army major and the author of several books, including Norwegian Angling, Small Game Shooting in Hungary and Modern Falconry. He was also one of the founders of the Shikar Club, an international sporting club founded in London in 1909 by Old Boys of Eton and Rugby to champion the cause of hunting and in particular big game hunting.
He was born in 1873 to Charles James Radclyffe and Blanche Sulivan. He was married twice—first to Vivia Corisande Howard in 1897, followed by Kathleen MacDonald Docherty in 1927—and had four daughters: Muriel Blanche Corisande Radclyffe, Iris Evelyn Rose Radclyffe, Vivia Doreen Radclyffe and Olive Beryl Radclyffe.
He passed away in Bere Regis, Dorset, England on July 1, 1953 at the age of 80.weniger sehen
