Tom is currently President of PHP Agency Inc. where he works with fellow author and entrepreneur Patrick Bet-David on a crusade to change the life insurance industry.
Previously he was CEO of Premier Digital Publishing, "PDP," a developer of eBook technology and eBook publisher until it was acquired by a New York publisher.
In addition to co-writing the 2016 books "The Life of an Entrepreneur in 90 Pages," and "Drop Out and Get Schooled" Tom's ability to help friends and colleagues make great career choices and find job satisfaction came to life in the 2006 book, "The Rat, the Race, and the Cage," the highly regarded book about career planning and decision-making. The book is a result of over two decades developing mentoring techniques and career tools that have benefited his staff, colleagues, friends - and readers!
