Richard also found time to play keyboards and complete tours as Musical Director of Blood Brothers and Sweeney Todd. Over the years Richard has produced documentaries on the Brontë sisters and Buddhism, and numerous corporate video programs. He has somehow ended up living in Oregon, with his wife, where he continues to write and play music with the band Strange Charm (strangecharmband.com).
Richard currently has four books self-published on Smashwords, each in a different genre. Cymbelina and The Cat with No Name is a book for children aged around 6-9; set in Britain, the story involves a cranky cat, a little magic, and a bewitching outcome for the Christmas family. The Father's Sins is a serious novel concerning a father and son whose relationship has a chance of deepening until a crime and its aftermath cause their lives to unravel. The Prisoner's Tale is wickedly funny, irreverent, and a little surreal. After making his escape, the prisoner roams a dystopian fantasy world, on the verge of making his dreams come true. Deepwater Landing is a murder mystery with disturbing psychological undertones.weniger sehen
